Specifically, Link 51 sees CSR as the voluntary actions that the company can take, over and above compliance with minimum legal requirements, to address both competitive interests and the interests of the wider society.

Link 51 recognises its corporate and social responsibilities to its shareholders, customers, suppliers, employees and other stakeholders and is committed to conducting business in a manner which achieves sustainable and profitable growth whilst fulfilling its legal and moral obligations. We aim to achieve our business objectives in a responsible manner recognising the economic, social and environmental impacts of our activities. Link 51 is committed to assessing and monitoring the impact of its activities against the internationally recognised standards: ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and in line with ISO 18001.

Business Principles and Code of Ethics

We are committed to ensuring that our business is conducted in all respects to the highest ethical and professional standards taking into account appropriate legislation and practices.

Environmental

We seek to minimise the environmental impact of our activities through the prevention of pollution, minimising waste, promoting good environmental management practices, using environmental management systems which are externally audited through ISO 14001.

We are committed to conducting our activities and operations in line with current legislation seeking continual improvement within all areas of our business.

Health & Safety

We are committed to high standards of health & safety,recognising our duty of care and the benefits of providing safe working conditions. We aim to achieve continuous improvement in health & safety performance through the use of robust health & safety management systems and practices in line with ISO 18001.

Transport

Link 51 accepts that motor vehicles are responsible for significant emissions to the atmosphere and that by reducing travelling distances and encouraging the use of low-emission vehicles and driving practices we can benefit the health & safety of our employees and the general public and the environment.

Customers

We recognise that our business and livelihood depends upon our customers. Every employee is responsible for ensuring that every customer contact is professional and appropriate. We aim to ensure that our customers receive the highest levels of services and quality of product and this is externally assessed through ISO 9001.
