Staff changing facilities at Muller Dairy, Market Drayton Shropshire, now benefit from a tailored installation of Link 51 products.
As the UK’s leader in short-life dairy products, Muller Dairy employs some 1,400 staff, many of whom are required towear protective clothing for their work in hygiene sensitive food production areas. As a result hygiene and the ability to store personal items and workwear separately were key elements when planning the installation.
The changing room solution provided by Link 51 includes a mixture of Garment Management Lockers and Personal Storage Lockers all of which incorporate BioCote® anti-microbial technology as standard, ensuring a reduction in bacterial cross-contamination risks. Features of the instillation includes:
Workwear collection lockers issuing clean laundered workwear
Garment collection points for staff to dispose of used workwear items ready for laundering
Integral seating to provide a comfortable changing area
Reinforced durable lockers from the Link 51 Heavy Duty Locker range to reduce the impact of wear and tear from excessive use
“It was important that the layout and product specification maximised the storage space within the available area. Link 51 was able to meet all of our requirements and the balance between personal storage lockers and garment management lockers was achieved.” Explains Doug Coward, Muller Dairy Assistant Site Services Manager.
