Storage for long-term conservation in museums can present various challenges. Delicate and often irreplaceable artifacts can differ largely in size, weight and quantity. This is why museums regularly require bespoke solutions to their storage problems. This is why we are introducing the Link 51 Heritage range. Storage solutions tailored to the museum industry.
Storage of pictures
With limitless variation in size, but with minimal depth, the secure storage of a large collection of paintings or pictures presents a different issue. The Link 51 solution is a system of mesh racks suspended from the ceiling or from a self supporting structure. Using smooth running tracks, energy absorbing buffers and self braking systems these racks provide a high density and safe storage facility that can be extended when required.
